QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER

Our products usually ship in 2-3 business days. Order and tracking numbers are attached to emails. In the event, the product is not received, please follow-up with the delivery service (USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx) first, and then contact us if you need further assistance.

At My Depot, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If your product arrives damaged, or you are unsatisfied then you able to return it for a full refund, or product replacement. Just email from our contact form and fill it out as best as possible to start the process.

We do not refund shipping charge on return orders, but we will replace damaged or defective items.
My Depot is proud to have over 6 major warehouses around the United States in different regions. Depending where you order from, your items will be shipped from the closest facility, which makes you receive your products faster. We take pride in fulfilling your order just as fast as most major suppliers.
Flash Sales are only good for the duration of those particular time periods. We encourage you to check social media and our TikTok channels often, to catch these special deals, because they usually don't last long.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABLITY

Our My Depot website is the most effective way to check if a product is available. Our inventory is updated automatically online. As we receive shipments frequently, if you find an item is out of stock, please check back the following week for updates.
If you happen to receive an email stating that a product is discontinued or unavailable, you will be given an option for a refund, store credit or to be notified when that particular item comes back in stock.
Our interactive website at My Depot allows you to search for products by category or you can use the search page to type in the type of item you are looking for.
Depending on which products you ordered and your location determines if you will receive your items on the same day or not. Our system sends out orders to the closest warehouse to your location.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

My Depot offers a 30-day No hassle refund policy which means if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or your item arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund on your purchase. To submit a refund request, click here or send us a message on our Contact us page to start the process.
For furniture products, most items do not require tools to assemble. Many products will arrive with tools inside when required. Instructions are included with items that have many parts to assemble.
Absolutely. At My Depot your satisfaction is important to us. You will be responsible for returning the item to us, but we will gladly exchange it without hassle. Start the process from our Contact page.
Once a returned product arrives to our facility, the refund process starts. Most clients usually see a refund in 7-14 days upon return depending on how the purchase was made (credit card, google pay etc).

AFFILIATE PROGRAM, DROPS HIPPING, RESELLERS

We are grateful to have your interest in both of these programs and look forward to working with you. To get signed, up just visit our Affiliate Program page, or our Sell Our Products page for resellers.
To become a Reseller/Dropshipper, you will need an E-commerce website or Shopify store, an Amazon sellers account, or a Wayfair sellers account. Once you've signed up and been approved from MyDepot, we provide instructions on how to link the mentioned accounts to our inventory. After your website is synced, just add our products and watch the sales come in, and you make whatever profit that you've set yourself.
This will be ready soon, but with Affiliate Marketing, you will have the ability to download a link, which can be placed on your website, social media feeds or media. If a customer, uses that link and eventually makes a purchase from My Depot, you will receive commission on that sale.
As a Reseller with My Depot, you can promote as little quantity of products as you'd like, or All of the thousands of products. It's your choice. Our inventory, and customer service department is totally at your disposal. Remember- all you have to do is make sells. We do the shipping, handle payment, and process the returns in those rare cases. You do the selling. We handle the rest!
